WFEEP 2025 Annual Summary - February 19, 2026 - The 2025 Annual Summary for the Wigwam Flats Ecosystem Enhancement Project details restoration efforts aimed at replicating historical fire patterns to improve critical bighorn sheep winter range and support local biodiversity. The report highlights the completion of 85 hectares of habitat thinning and 83 hectares of invasive species treatments, alongside the deployment of 37 wildlife monitoring cameras and the expansion of project prescriptions to cover over 1,100 new hectares. It provides a comprehensive overview of the year's ecological achievements, community volunteer involvement, and budget allocations for ongoing conservation work.
